Your appointment with us is located at Trillium Health Partners - Credit Valley Hospital (directions). You will be seen at one of the following clinics within the hospital: ​​​
Diagnostic Assessment Program (DAP)
The Diagnostic Assessment Program manages and coordinates a person's diagnostic journey until cancer is rule out or diagnosed. ​​​
DAP provides:

Shorter wait times for the patient

A single point of contact and access for all diagnostic tests and appointments with a surgeon

Diagnostic assessment according to guidelines

Smooth transfer of care between health care providers

Psychosocial support and education throughout a patient’s diagnostic process
Register at Oncology Registration located at the Peel Regional Cancer Centre on Level 1.

You will then be directed to the DAP clinic located on Level 2 (take the Deer elevator to Level 2 and turn left. Look for signs marked 'Diagnostic Assessment Program').

Thoracic Oncology Clinic
Patients with diagnosed thoracic malignancies are seen in this clinic located within Peel Regional Cancer Centre for cancer treatment planning, follow up and surveillance. We also see patients with malignant pleural effusion and perform procedures such as thoracentesis and insertion of tunneled pleural catheter at the clinic.
Register at Oncology Registration located at the Peel Regional Cancer Centre on Level 1. ​You will then be directed to the Thoracic Oncology clinic.

Thoracic Ambulatory Care Clinic
Patients with benign disease of the chest such as pneumothorax, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), hiatal hernia and thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) are seen in this clinic.
Register at Registration Desk on Level 1. Take the Deer elevator to go up to Level 3. Follow signs for Ambulatory Care clinic.
