DAP/Oncology Clinic Referral 

For patients with:

  • Suspicion for lung cancer

  • Suspicion for esophageal cancer

  • Mediastinal adenopathy/mass/tumour

  • Metastatic cancer to the chest

  • Malignant pleural effusion

Thoracic Ambulatory Care Clinic Referral

For patients with:

  • Pneumothorax

  • Benign esophageal disease (GERD, hiatal hernia, achalasia)

  • Thoracic outlet syndrome​

  • Rib fractures

  • Hyperhidrosis 

Lung Cancer Screening

Ontario Lung Screening Program (OLSP) is now available at Trillium Health Partners.

OLSP is a province-wide initiative aimed at identifying lung cancer early among individuals at high risk. Through low-dose CT scans, the program helps detect lung cancer before symptoms appear, improving outcomes and survival rates.
